To secure your reservation at Casa Denver, a 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required. Additionally, a $100 refundable cleaning deposit is collected upfront. This cleaning deposit will be returned after your event, provided the space is left in reasonable condition. Please note that if there is an excessive mess or damage beyond normal use, an additional $150 cleaning fee may be charged. These deposits help maintain the quality and cleanliness of our spaces for all events.
