If such a situation arises, CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center commits to notifying clients promptly and will issue a full refund within 5 days of communication. This policy ensures that clients are supported and refunded efficiently in the unlikely event of a cancellation.

Upon termination of an agreement with CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center, renters are required to remove all personal items from the premises promptly. Additionally, any outstanding payments for services or fees must be fully settled. If there are any damages attributed to the renter, those costs must also be paid before the termination process is complete. These steps ensure a smooth transition and maintain the integrity and safety for all renters.
