Yes. All occupants at CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center are required to provide liability insurance that lists CASA Events LLC as an additional insured party. This policy ensures protection for both the individual and the venue during any dance events or activities hosted on site, reflecting CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center's commitment to a safe and responsible community environment.

At CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center, contract holders are responsible for any damages that exceed normal wear and tear during use of the space. If such damages occur, the contract holder(s) must either complete the necessary repairs themselves or cover the cost of repairs billed by CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center. This policy ensures that our facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for all renters and guest.

For long-term renters at CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center, there is a 3-day grace period after the payment due date during which no late fees are applied. If payment is not received within this grace period, a $50 late fee will be charged. Should the payment remain outstanding for more than 7 days, CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center reserves the right to cancel the renter’s reserved times or terminate the rental agreement. This policy ensures a fair and consistent scheduling process for all members of the community.

Yes. All activities conducted at Casa Denver MUST fully comply with local, state, and federal laws to ensure a safe and legal environment for our community. Additionally, participants and organizers are required to adhere to the specific terms outlined in their agreements with CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center. This ensures that all events and gatherings reflect our commitment to respect and safety. Activities that violate these legal or contractual guidelines are not permitted.
