What is required to reserve CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center for a single-day event?
To reserve CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center for a single-day event, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. In addition, a $100 cleaning deposit is collected, which is refundable after the event upon satisfactory inspection of the space. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
Can events at CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center extend past the originally booked time?
Yes. Events at CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center can extend beyond the booked time, BUT extensions are subject to availability. If you wish to extend your event, please coordinate with our team in advance to confirm that the space is available. Any additional time will be billed at our standard hourly rate. This policy ensures fair access to the venue while allowing flexibility when possible.
Are children allowed to attend events at CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center?
Yes. Children are allowed to attend events at CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center; however, they must be supervised at all times to ensure the safety of both the children and the venue. To maintain the integrity of our space and provide the best experience for all guests, renters are responsible for any damages caused by children during the event. CASA Denver Dance Studio & Event Center requires that all costs incurred from such damages be paid by the renter to cover repairs or replacements. This policy helps us preserve a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our entire community.
